Qualifications & Skills
You should:
- Be confident facilitating experiential, discussion-led sessions
- Handle diverse corporate audiences with maturity
- Drive reflection, participation and application
- Customise interventions based on audience needs
- Be comfortable working independently on assignments
- Minimum 5 years in corporate behavioural / leadership training
