Moodle Developer / E-Learning Platform Specialist (India)
Key Responsibilities
- Customize and deploy training content on Moodle or other open-source learning platforms.
- Integrate multimedia learning tools (videos, quizzes, animations, etc.) into course modules.
- Ensure a user-friendly, secure, and scalable e-learning environment.
- Support pilot testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
- Train project staff on platform administration and content updates.
- Provide system maintenance and support post-launch.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Moodle or similar LMS customization and deployment.
- Proven experience developing interactive, SCORM-compliant content.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and collaborative tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX for educational applications.
- Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with education or development sector projects.
- Knowledge of API integration and server-side security best practices.
